By accessing ShulManager.net and using our services, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

1. Purpose and service description

ShulManager.net is an online management software (SaaS) for synagogues and Jewish communities. It enables management of members, donations and mitzvot, tax receipts, the Hebrew calendar and commemorations (yahrzeit).

The service is operated by Tobeweb, accessible at https://malka-elie.com/synagogue/.

Access to the service is reserved for synagogues and communities with an active subscription. Each synagogue has an isolated and secure space. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Prices are indicated on the ShulManager.net homepage. They are expressed in euros (€), shekels (₪) or any other currency per the established agreement, excluding taxes.

Payment is due according to the subscribed frequency (monthly or annual). Any started subscription period is due in full.

We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice.

The user is the data controller under GDPR for the member data they enter in ShulManager.net. Tobeweb acts as a data processor.

The user guarantees they have the necessary authorizations to collect and process the personal data of their community members.

6. Intellectual property

ShulManager.net and all its components (code, design, brand, content) are the exclusive property of Tobeweb. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying or exploitation is prohibited.

The user retains ownership of the data they enter into the service.

7. Service availability

We strive to ensure service availability 24/7. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our fault. Under no circumstances can we be held liable for:

The user may terminate their subscription at any time by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
